Standard Services Included

  • Prepare business accounts from your bookkeeping or accounting software.

  • Partnership Self Assessment Return (SA800) submitted to HMRC

  • Prepare your personal Self Assessment tax return and submit to HMRC for 2 Partners (more can be added).

includes Employment income, Pension income, Savings and Dividend income pages. (Please see our 'Services for Individuals' below if you have other requirements, for example, Property Income or Capital Gains.

  • Unlimited support throughout the year.

Optional: VAT

If you are VAT registered and would like to avoid the time and stress of preparing and checking the VAT return before strict submission deadlines, let us do it for you.

Our payroll services are fully flexible, charged based on the number of employees paid each month.

Limited companies automatically include 1 Director payroll per month.

Optional: HR Support

We have partnered with citrusHR to provide a full HR support service, including a software platform with an employee portal and document templates always kept up to date with UK Employment Law.

Make sure your business is fully compliant, and avoid the hard, time draining work, complexity and ensure that your business is compliant with our fully flexible price based on the number of employees on your books.

  • IFA Books+ subscription (most suitable version for your business)

Software support throughout the year is always included, including training for setup and support with migration if you want to change software providers, or are using software for the first time.

Optional: Bookkeeping

We have 3 levels of bookkeeping service

  1. We reconcile bank transactions only - you enter all income and expenditure.

  2. You enter and produce customer invoices and credit notes - We manage all other bookkeeping transactions and bank reconciliation. We also provide you with a list of your outstanding bills each month to ensure you keep up with payments.

  3. Everything you get in Option 2, plus we will produce and send your invoices to your customers (the full details of this service can be discussed with you to ensure your business is represented as you want).

Credit Control service - Manage customer late payments

We have partnered with Chaser to provide a software platform for providing a personal and effective automated service to remind customers about outstanding invoices. This service has 3 options, from us providing the software, setup and training, to a fully managed service giving you more time to run your business.

  • We manage the full credit control service for you, including if you want, calls on your behalf to customers with late payments.
